	Legislative Priorities It is our great pleasure to present the Alaska Cabaret, Hotel, Restaurant and Retailer’s (Alaska CHARR) 2012 Legislative Priorities booklet to legislators and industry members. The top priorities of the Alaska hospitality industry are fighting underage drinking, making treatment available, support long-term tourism marketing for the State and move the ABC Board to the Department of Commerce. In this book, we will also share with you some of the important steps that we have taken as an industry that have allowed us to lead the nation in reducing drunk driving, promoting responsible service and reducing the sale of alcohol to minors. There is more to do and Alaska CHARR is committed to achieving continued success in these efforts. With your help we can take steps towards making Alaska even safer. Legislative Priorities
