I’m BreeAnna Erickson and I am The Dream Team’s Alaska ProStart Coordinator. I have worked in hospitality since I was able to have a job and spent 11 years at the same hotel, starting as a housekeeper and working my way up to Front Desk Supervisor. I transitioned to workforce development when I moved to Alaska in 2013. I started with Alaska CHARR in Jan 2020 and shortly thereafter obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in Oct 2020 from Western Governor’s University.  
 
​Outside of work you can find me kayaking down the Eagle River, fishing on the Kenai, traveling and scuba diving in different parts of the world, watching my favorite sports teams or hiking with my dogs.  
 
I’m passionate about food, coffee, hockey, and building an Alaskan Grown workforce!
