The ServSafe program is the most widely recognized food safety certification in the nation. The ServSafe Protection Manager Certification Program has been deemed valid, reliable, and legally defensible, as well as transferable between jurisdictions. 

Alaska CHARR provides the ServSafe Protection Manager Certification Program training in our Anchorage office.

Please use the link below to preregister (registration is required and closes 24 hours prior to class time) for this all-day course. DOOR OPENS AT 8:15AM. The class begins at 8:30 am and ends at approximately 5:30 pm. Please arrive no later then 8:25am to confirm attendance and verify identification. Lunch will be on your own for approximately 30 min (more if the day flows swiftly!).

CHARR Members: $175.00 - Price includes textbook, review course, and online exam
Non-Members: $225.00 -  Price includes textbook, review course, and online exam.
