CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received in writing 3 or more days prior to the class will result in a refund of the course registration fee minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued less than 3 days prior to the class date.
TRANSFER POLICY
- If you wish to reschedule to a different class date after registering, and you notify us 3 or more days prior to the original class date, your registration fee will be transferred free of charge.
- Change requests made less than 3 days prior to the original class date will incur a $25 administrative fee. (Please purchase transfer fee at our Store)
- All transfer requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original class date.
After 30 days, transfers will no longer be permitted. Participants who wish to attend a future class after this period will be required to repurchase the course at full price.
To become a member, your employer must be a CHARR member. When creating an account, select your employer from the dropdown. If they don’t appear, leave it blank.
If you already have an account but your employer isn’t linked, please fill out a contact form.
Once your account is created and your employer is linked, membership approval may take at least 24 hours and is verified Monday–Friday.
To obtain a copy of your certificate:
You can always access your current ServSafe certificate by logging into your account at ServSafe.com and selecting the "Certificates" section.
We also keep certificates on file. If you need assistance, please fill out our contact form with your full name and, if possible, the approximate date you took the course. This will help us locate your certificate more efficiently.
