Early Bird Registration Rate - $350
This rate includes the welcome reception, all daytime sessions and the Charity Auction Dinner. This rate is only available until September 10.
Standard Registration Rate - $400
This rate includes the welcome reception, all daytime sessions and the Charity Auction Dinner.
By registering for this event, you consent to receive email/text communications from Alaska CHARR, including renewal notifications and other industry announcements.
Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests as best as possible. Please review the following policy regarding event ticket cancellations:

Cancellation Requests Made 14 or More Days Before the Event
Cancellations requested 14 or more days prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. -
Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Event
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of the event date.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

We have room block at three area hotels:
The Cannery Lodge - rooms can be booked by calling 907-261-9499.
Kenai River Lodge - rooms can be booked by calling 907-262-4292. If you mention you are with Alaska CHARR, you will receive a 10% discount.
The Duck Inn - rooms can be booked by calling 907-262-2656. If you mention you are with Alaska CHARR, you will receive a $50/night discount on your room.
