Diamond Sponsor ($10,000) - Premier Sponsor of the 54th Annual Convention. Receives all Platinum level benefits PLUS exclusive recognition at keynote speaker session, verbal recognition at every event, second convention registration, an upgrade to a full-page ad in Alaska CHARR - the Magazine, an upgrade to a 30-second segment in the Convention Video, and an upgrade to named sponsor for the Honorary Lifetime Member Award.

Platinum Sponsor ($7,500) - Receives all Gold level benefits PLUS verbal recognition at a major convention event, one convention registration, an upgrade to a half-page ad in Alaska CHARR - the Magazine, special recognition on all social media platforms, a 15-second segment in the Convention Video, and an upgrade to a named sponsor for a member award.

Gold Sponsor ($5,000) - Receives all Silver level benefits PLUS a quarter-page ad in Alaska CHARR- the Magazine, and named sponsor for a regional employee award.

Silver Sponsor ($3,500) - Receives all Bronze Level benefits PLUS a full-page ad in the Convention program.

Bronze Sponsor ($2,500) - Receives all Supporter Level benefits PLUS printed collateral at one event.

Supporter Level ($500) - Receives sponsor recognition at every event, on all social media platforms, in all publications, and in the Convention Video.

Early Bird Convention Rate ($350): Available until September 9, 2025. This rate includes all sessions and dinner for one attendee.

Save $75 when you register three or more attendees OR save $200 when you register five or more attendees.

Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests as best as possible. Please review the following policy regarding event ticket cancellations:

• Cancellation Requests Made 14 or More Days Before the Event
  Cancellations requested 14 or more days prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Event
  Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of the event date.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
