Get ready to turn up the heat! 🔥 The 2026 ProStart Competition takes place on February 28th at Lucy Cuddy Hall, where top high school teams from ProStart programs across Alaska go head-to-head for culinary glory. Students will showcase their skills in both Culinary and Management competitions, all battling for the title of Alaska’s best. The prize? Bragging rights—and a golden ticket to represent Alaska at the National ProStart Invitational, hosted in exciting cities across the U.S. each year!
